Another important thing is when you eat your food. Try to avoid foods at night (post 7pm) especially those high in carbs because there's less chance you'll burn it off unless you actually go to the gym cause you won't burn much sitting in or sleeping.

HIIT is the way forward though, I had better results with it AND you don't have the boring 40minute jogs which are the worst things in the world.



I've got a different dilemna. Now that I've lost the weight I want to lose, I'm aiming to build muscle. With Creatine you gain something like 0.5lbs of muscle per week, but you retain a lot of water, meaning you get very bloated. Once you finish the 8-11 week routine, you cut out creatine for 4 weeks and the fluid drains so you don't have a beer belly and just have muscle. Problem is I have a wedding (best man ) in 5 weeks today and don't wanna be bloated for it.
