Dunno if it's been posted but he's had a go at Glen Johnson over wearing the t-shirt. Despite the fact, that there's still no proof Suarez said any racist term.

Probably just giving interviews so he can get some drink money anyway.

Speaking in his own language doesn't mean it isn't racist, it's the context in which it is used that defines if it's racist or not and clearly it's been deemed it was meant to be offensive.

It is a remark designed to belittle and demean and, in that context, it is racist language.

Moreover, Suarez hasn't just stepped off a plane from Montevideo. He joined Ajax in the Dutch league in 2007 so has - or should have - a grasp of what is, and what is not, acceptable outside of South America.

So, funny that the only people defending Suarez are either entirely missing the point (and arguing he isn't racist which isn't what he's been charged of) or directly connected to Liverpool football club.

Whereas anybody who looks on without bias shows a bit of integrity and gives credence to the judgement laid down.

No, it isn't, he's not been accused nor charged of being a racist, Liverpool don't seem to understand this (With Kenny himself saying he doesn't know how the process works which is frankly bizarre) and thus this over the top defence of him is not only irrelevant, also hugely hypocritical given they complain about people questioning his integrity and character, then release a statement slating Evra's. Before then relying on said statement they've already attempted to discredit to add weight to their own (irrelevant) argument that Evra said Suarez "is not a racist".

Amazing how back and forth they've been actually.

Also, having read the rest of that topic, if what is suspected of occuring is true then Liverpool FC from top to bottom is a complete joke.

i mean, it's not a big deal, i agree. but when you're constantly told not to use a certain word by the person, surely you'd stop using it? what's the purpose of calling evra negrito for about 10 times? was he trying to get evra to be sent off?

i do agree, though. if evra did call suarez South American, i fail to see why he's not given the same punishment.
