Manchester United vs Arsenal

Arsenal's only win in their last nine league games was against Man Utd at the Emirates Stadium in May, however Man Utd are unbeaten in the last seven times they've faced Arsenal at Old Trafford.

Arsenal beat Udinese midweek to brighten the mood around the club following the loss of Fabregas and Nasri to Barcelona and Man City respectively. They'll be hoping to get their Premiership season going having drawn and lost their previous two matches. Man Utd will hope of more of the same this weekend after winning their first two games, and Sir Alex will be hoping his side continue from the performance shown in the second half against Spurs.

Man Utd are hoping Rio Ferdinand will be fit enough to play, while midfielder Darren Fletcher completed 90 minutes for the reserves in midweek and will be hoping to make an appearance. Vidic and Rafael are out injured though.

Arsenal are missing Gervinho, Frimpong and Song through suspension, as well as Wilshere to injury. Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will hope Thomas Vermaelen will pass a fitness test to appear.

Not looking forward to this. Man Utd will beat us 3-0, and that's looking at it with blind faith. It's always hard at OT any way, but I can't see how we will win with the current injuries and suspensions within our midfield.

Agree with this. I like Arsenal but i feel a spanking for them here. No players have the bite or determination to grab this game by the scruff of the neck and give Arsenal a result.

I feel we should win this one really. But having said that I am a bit apprehensive as I assume everyone will be writing Arsenal off and expecting a United win, that it could fire them up and they could get a result.

I have a feeling Fergie might bring back in a more experienced midfielder to partner Anderson in the middle. But equally I wouldn't be surprised if he sticks to a similar team that played Spurs.

Ozyakup and Coquelin have both been named in the squad, apparently.

Comfortable United win for me, Arsenal don't do well usually at OT anyway, and what with Fabregas and Nasri gone, going for a 3-0 United win.
