With Cesc gone now and Nasri in doubt i don't think Arsenal will be a threat.

Possibly. I just can't see them dropping Alves from right back tbh, which would happen if they didn't have place for a right back in their formation lol.

If they sign Fabregas, they'll possibly have Fabregas, Pedro/Sanchez and Afellay on their bench

Looking at that squad compared to Liverpool, on paper Arsenal will be playing Europa League football next year. I'd say if Cesc and Nasri do leave, then the Spuds have a better squad.

Still think people are overrating Liverpool. They aren't there yet.

Also United have lost a lot of experience, City are always capable of *bleep*ing things up and have the CL to contend with (as we did last year) and Chelsea have a new manager to get accustomed to.

There's no telling how next year'll pan out, though they're both big blows for Arsenal obviously.

No i'm not overrating Liverpool, even messed up Liverpool won't have trouble defeating Arsenal current state.

I believe our first team is still very good with:

          Sczcesny

Sagna Djourou Vermaelen Gibbs

           Song

       Ramsey Wilshere

Walcott     RVP      Gervinho

But we will most definitely get injuries (which we already have) but you never know how the likes of Ryo or Lansbury might do and with a new CB looking likely the defence will hopefully be stronger this season. If we get the usual amount of injuries that we normally do then top four will be a hard task but I believe the first 11 is still very strong.

Arsenal do still have a good squad but with Nasri and Fabregas on the way out they dont have any world class players who have that spark to do something amazing to win a game. RVP is the only one who comes near that category at the moment. As always with Arsenal they have a great young squad with Ramsay, Wilshere and Gibbs. All if whom will be come top quality players for their national sides. Ramsay and Wilshere arguably are already.

I know i would not be happy as a fan to see the two best players leave the club. And i doubt Arsenal will spend over 20M from now until the end of the season as that isnt the way they work!
