Flanagan did have a tough afternoon but I don't think anyone expects him to be solid every game do they? I remember Steven Gerrard getting given the run around a few times early on in his career at right back. The booking that should never have been definitely had an effect because one missed timed challenge and he could have been off. Good decision by Kenny to switch him second half.

Thought Johnson had a good game today and he hasn't put a foot wrong since Kenny came in. I thought him, Suarez and Kuyt were our best players today.
