Arsenal vs Liverpool

Arsenal will be hoping to take advantage of Utd playing an FA Cup semi-final over the weekend by closing the gap to four points and not let Utd be given the chance to move closer to a record 19th league title.

Liverpool may have found some swagger in their step by beating City at home 3-0 on Monday, with Andy Carroll getting off the mark with two goals. They'll be looking to apply some form of pressure upon Spurs and City for a guaranteed European competition spot.

Never expect anything when we go to the Emirates. Don't think we've actually won there yet.

Saw earlier we ain't beat Arsenal away since 2000, but time we win there. But so many times this season we've got a great result then go and lose the next game. Confident going into the game though, don't think they'll be able to cope with our attack.

Eager and confident strikeforce is the difference for us this time I suppose.

The 3-0 in 2006 we had an underachieving Crouch. In 2008, which I think was the closest we've come to beating them there, we had Keane who wasn't scoring at all, even though he did in that match. Don't remember it last season though, think they beat us 1 or 2-0.

The closest game I can remember is when we had them in the quaters of Champions League and played them in between played our fringe team and nearly won it, think Bendtner scored for them. Plessis made his debut then I think, looked quality too.

Not expecting anything, hopefully I'm proved wrong. Be interesting to see if Flanagan starts again, he'll be in for a much harder time this game. Let's see if Carroll can add on to his tally for goals against these, hope so.

Spearing will be decent against Arsenal, he'll won't give them any time on the ball constant hassle. I would think we would line up the same we did against City, would be another big test for Flannagan if he does play, would probably be against Nasri.

If Djourou plays I'm confident we'll win.
