Don't know why it has to be a specific person that complained about it. Since mnolan got promoted not long ago, most of them would have taken a look at the forum and seen it.

Lone gave me the impression that the supers had been discussing the header for a good long while, don't think it was just one of them saying to take it down and the others all agreeing.

I don't think I need to remind you all that rants aimed at a specific member, particularly those on the site administrative team (and that includes super mods) are not acceptable. I've PM'd Djed already but I'm just warning you all that it's things like that what get this community noticed for the wrong things.

Also there are those that don't say anything until someone has, then they jump on the bandwagon. It happens every time. You just look silly.



Now that unpleasantness is out the way I've discussed with lazio the possibility of bringing back Post/Poster of the Week/Month. Call it Promoting Quality Through Recognition, if you will (yes I hate myself for that). Just seeing if that's something people would be interested in having?

It was more hoping it might promote a bit of a higher quality debate, particularly in Game of the Week threads. A decent amount of the threads degenerate into the same/similar circular arguments (Arsenal/Liverpool match threads usually the worst for it, but obviously I'm not saying it's just those fans or those threads), it inevitably goes to name calling and it gets all a bit tedious.

I've noticed it in previous seasons, not 100% sure on last season cos I tended to keep out of match threads post-game in the ones I was expecting it in.

That's exactly the opposite of what I did. I went in as many post-game threads as possible where I thought this might occur
