I know we're on 38 pages but might as well let this run for 2 more days and open a new one just for Deadline Day.

Like I've said before about Torres, I've never been daft enough to think that he'd wanna stay and try and rebuild us. But the way he has carried himself the past 12 months, and handing in a transfer request at the first time of asking, 3 days before the transfer window shuts to try and force a move to Chelsea just stinks. I could handle it if he played well, looked like he was fighting for the club, but we were still coming up short, I'd wish him well and send him off myself. Just not to Chelsea.

Anyway, upwards of £50 million and I'm happy. Can't remember the last time he gave us a full season? Maybe his first? We can get two very good players in for that. I'd look no further than Edison Cavani. I love him. He's only just signed for Napoli though, and their president has gone on record saying he wouldn't sell him. But hopefully he'd love to link up with Suarez.

So yeah, continue your transfer and rumours talk..

I think making a £30m profit on a player who in the last year has been frankly, shite, and is as injury prone as Michael Owen, is probably the best business we'll ever do.

This tbh. Yes he's a awesome striker (at times)and yes he deserves to win trophies but over the alst year he hasn't even been awesome yes he's scored some good goals but overall it's been a crap season for him. Wouldn't of minded if he did this in the beginning or halfway through the transfer window because we could of got Adam,Suarez and a replacemnt for him but it's the final 3 days and now he decides to do it. I hope he pulls a Rooney tbh. Was talking to my friend about how beastly Suarez and Torres could be together and now it looks like we'll only have 1 of them come the end of the window.

I dont think Suarez is capable of being the striker to lead the line, he plays off a striker. Liverpool are going to be in big, big trouble.

Or get him to focus because you won't let him go

Aye, tis a worry but hopefully Ngog or Kuyt can see us through to the end of the season. Or work hard the next few days and try and bring someone in on loan. No idea who though.
