On another note, it is now ridiculous how biased refs are against Cattermole now. One set of rules for one player and a different set for another player today it seems. How Elmander hasn't been booked is beyond me. His kick at Richardson was horrendous.

The most cynical foul in the game was Cattermole bringing Holden down from behind making no attempt to get the ball. Yellow all day long.

There was nothing in the Elmander one whatsoever, it was late but he hardly belted him, just caught him after the ball was knocked away. It's a foul that happens about 20 times a game.

And the two Davies tackles and the Cahill one, the ball was there to be won on all of them- and for the large majority, they won the ball.

Elmander stopped running for the ball and swung his foot for his ankles albeit without much force, thats a yellow in my book.

For me Cattermole's was barely even a foul. I would say it was Holden's loss of balance that helped him to the floor. Maybe a foul but no where near a yellow, especially considering how many fouls Cattermole had comitted until this pint (minimal) and how many Elmander had gotten away with without a caution. However, I have to say that tackle just now on Elmander was a yellow. We'll call that quits for Cattermole.

Steve Bruce is such a fat headed wanker.

Ah well, assuming we beat Sunderland next week our advantage will be good cos atleast one of Arsenal or Chelsea will drop points next week.

Just not falling for us today.
