Barclays Premier League

Another weekend of the Premier League is upon us, and it poses a few interesting questions. Can Blackpool build on their bright start with a win at home against Blackburn? How will Liverpool and Everton react against Sunderland and Fulham respectively after their poor week. Wolves host Villa in another midlands derby, while Man Utd travel to Bolton to collect their annual 3 points.

in all seriousness, i think 2-0/3-0 arsenal. hopefully not a hammering whatever happens.

Two away wins in a week, means that Stoke are now favourites for this game.

In all seriousness though, we've been the better side in four of our five league games - the only debatable one is Blackpool, as we were poor, but still had the lion's share of chances to win that game.

I think we have the players to beat Stoke, but as usual, I'd be a bit concerned about them attacking down our right. Etherington will probably have plenty of chances to cross for Jones, who will pose a threat.

Carroll scored against Stoke last time we played them, and hopefully he will get in the game a bit more this week, as he's been a bit quiet in front of goal since the Wolves game. He hasn't played badly, and done good work for the team, but I'd like to see him pick up another goal.

I'd expect Ben Arfa to start again, and hopefully he'll pick up where he left off. Same with Tiote, who I'd expect to keep his place after an impressive performance against Everton on his debut.

Avoid defeat and that's a year unbeaten at home, in all competitions

Recon Hughton will be clever enough to do something about the throws? Like move the boards forward or something, idk.

Yeah maybe, think spurs did that with Crouch.

TBH, Stoke are a better team in reality.

Stoke aren't built on quality.
