Where the *bleep* is he expecting this 1.6bn to come from

Probably something to do with NESV being an American company trying to buy something from Hicks and Gillet. They haven't got any jurisdiction to block anything over here, especially when the highest court over here has gave the go ahead.

Really awkward this situation. You can see where the court in Texas may be able to grant an injunction (even if it further shows how much of a massive *bleep* Hicks is), in the parent company, it just depends on whether the decision can be taken on Liverpool board level, rather than Kop Holdings board level.

Regardless, even if this injunction does stick, it will only last until RBS own the club which is Friday is it not?

*bleep*ing lol'd so hard at the 1.6 billion damages claim. I'd love to know how on Earth they came to that figure.

Read up further. The charges of stupid amounts of money will almost certainly not stand. However, read up on how U.S states can have jurisdiction in foreign matters. It seems to me, as long has RBS has any business with texas then H&G have a case. Absurd but seems to be true.

Yeah thought so. So basically, they're claiming to get over a billion pounds on damages/money lost when the club is only really valued at 320 Million? . Twats, aha.

It'll also be "you damaged our reputation, because of this we couldn't invest in things which made so much money blah blah blah".

But also, on SSN they muttered something about the club being valued at £1 billion in todays market.
I'm hoping that was just an error on their part.

Pair of *bleep*ing cheeky, greedy, horrible *bleep*s! Just *bleep* off! I would genuinely grin from ear to ear if those two got mowed down by a heard of *bleep*ing cattle and left to die slowly and painfully in the middle of some remote Texan desert, with their family made to watch.

At this point administration looks the best option. But can the RBS put us into admin with this injuction in place? If so, can they then go ahead and sell to whoever?

Edit: Apparently he went the same way with the Texas Rangers. What kind of an idiotic judge would give him such a ruling.

I have to admit though, £1.6 billion did bring a smile to my face.
