	If we actually had more than one first choice defender fit and still put in this performance then I'd be pissed about this crushing defeat, as it turns out we don't so the only thing I could do is shake my head and move on. But this injury crisis is really taking its toll. Fletcher and Carrick in defence means no combative midfielder to offer a counterbalance to Anderson and no shield in front of the defence, which means Scholes plays, and against a high pressure team that was always gonna over-run him and our undermanned midfield too. That's about the only bit of responsibility I can take away from the team, other than that we were pretty poor. No cohesion in the midfield, no conhesion in the final third, we barely threatened Mark Schwarzer, and what's with this new shoot on sight policy? Owen was poor, Rooney was fairly lively but lacked end product and faded as the game went on, Berbatov at least offered a bit of creativity and I felt Obertan should have come on instead of Welbeck to offer some natural width. 	Mark Hughes isn't even giving , surely that means he's gone. His record doesn't deserve it, they only lost at OT in injury time and are unbeaten after that are they not? 	I hope they don't get Hiddink, sacking Hughes would just make me lol and send the club into the shitter for a bit, but Hiddink would make them unbeatable, especially with a transfer window, which is probably why they're doing it now if they do.
