Pre Season Friendlies

What (if any) pre-season friendlies will you be attending over the summer?

I will be going to Carrow Road for Tottenham's away friendly with Norwich, on the evening of Monday 28th July. Also, away friendlies should be scheduled with our affiliates, Leyton Orient and Stevenage, as per usual, and if so, I will be at these games too, as they are easily attendable for me, given their location. Also, we usually invite a major European club to White Hart Lane to wrap up pre season, and I shall be there too, as well as a tour abroad is expected, I won't be there, though for them games.

What pre-season friendlies has your club got scheduled? And will you be attending?

What do you look for in pre-season? Personally, I see it as a combination of a chance for the youngsters to impress and play with the first teamers, extra fitness for the regulars and a chance to see the new signings in action and see if they were worth the fuss.

Also includes two open training sessions to get autographs and stuff

We also have a game against Aberdeen, we usually play some league one or two sides aswell.

Could be our turn for Amsterdam Tournament but it will probably be Liverpool

Aberdeen are off to Ireland and Holland, as well as playing Man Utd at home and probably the usual local lower league sides like Brechin, Montrose etc.

Apparently we are playing in a 3 or 4 team tournament in Ireland with one of the other teams being Leeds. Any Leeds fans on here know if they are going to Ireland?

Hoping to go as well as i'll be visiting London for a week then.

We also have the annual friendly against Barnet away. Also we are playing Stuttgart and Huddersfield away.

Only one I know we're getting so far is Man Utd at home, don't know when it is yet as the two Fergie's are trying to organise a date where the big players can come.

We're playing Liverpool on June 28th, part of the Ryan Crowther deal, and our annual friendly with Woodley Sports.

You should, if your from Liverpool we will almost certainly play Marine away you should go to that.

We haven't announced ours yet but we are so predictable we will play Marine, Southport, Vauxhall and Cammell laird away and then two home games, one against a championship team and one against a premiership team.

I will go to all of them, friendlies are great nice relaxed atmosphere and you get to see the new players.

Not sure yet. Will have to wait and see. Hopefully we play Wolves in one game, at Molineux so i dont have to go far to travel.

What will i look for? See how the signings [if their has been any] do. See how the youngsters play e.g. Taarabt.
