How did gerrard miss, i don't know. He shot at man who was on the floor lol. You would think he would lift it over or passed to torres or the other dude. Surprise by that shot tbh considering it was gerrard, who score from unbelievable places, and he does that.

Love the kalou goal, used true strength to get away from the defender and the accuracy to get in the net was superb considering the angle and the defender in the way. But at first look, sidwell looked to handball in which it shouldv'e been a pen. So unlucky to bolton. But i'm happy with the win . Oh and it was great to see lampard back though he did lose possession .

Yes but Match of the Day provides no insight to performances of players.

Replace with 'doesn't provide an accurate representation' and that would be fine.

But the mere fact that it shows players performing then it gives viewers at least an idea.

Was at the match... Gerrard wasnt on form at all... Riise was pretty poor too, sloppy mistakes just like misplaced passes. its my first trip to anfield (my mate had a spare ticket so i thot why not) i was VERY let down by the atmosphere or lack of it. Spurs fans outsang them for 88 mins... you'll never walk alone lasts about 2 mins doesnt it?
