Who was lucky/smart enough to get MH 2 uncensored? |
|
I was! I rented the game, hoping that there was an AR code to uncensor it, and I got it! This is one of the best, intense, funniest, and most original games I have played in a while! So what's your MH2 uncensored story? ------------------- I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, but I'm all out of bubblegum!

Shh! Discussion of AR is not allowed on Neo, perhaps we shall continue this further in a series of PMs? ------------------- I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, but I'm all out of bubblegum!

My MH2 uncensored story is non exisistant. Unfortunatly, I'm a mere mortal that got the retail version and didn't care enough/didn't know how to do a bunch of extra stuff to fix it up. But yes, it is indeed a good game. Unfortunatly, after the censoring and cliched story all I can say about it is "good". There's not a lot of originality to it either. Sure, the first Manhunt was an unnerving, intense, and at the time: original experience. This one is basically Manhunt 1 with some extra bells and whistles, but more than enough taken away from it to put it below its predecesor. I'm gonna stop my rambling now. ------------------- "For ten years I've been paid to find answers. This time the answers found me, and nothing would ever be the same."

So am I right in thinking that the version being released here in the UK in February is going to be censored? ------------------- Please sign my guestbook, visit my home or send me a message - Thanks!

quote Miller95What, you mean they're lifting the ban? If so, it will most definitely be censored. ------------------- "For ten years I've been paid to find answers. This time the answers found me, and nothing would ever be the same."

quote blind sniperThat's what i thought, and maybe it won't happen, but it's currently on Play.com (but no other websites) for pre-order with a release date of February 1st. I've pre-ordered a copy so I guess we'll see what happens! I was wondering if there'd be any codes to unlock the censorship on the UK version? ------------------- Please sign my guestbook, visit my home or send me a message - Thanks!

I've played both 'leaked' and normal versions of Manhunt2 on PS2.

I did on psp. This game isn't near as bad as Hostel or Saw. I mean, there weren't disembowelments or anything. The most violent thing I remember is stabbing a guy in the eye with a pen or stabbing someone like 6 times with a glass shard.
