	i finished the last stage first and i dont get ssj4 goku or majin vegeta but i finiahed it fir the second time i unlock ssj4 goku and majin vegeta because i got it z by using kid buu's assault rain

	To get ssj4 goku u have to just go to the last level of 7th chapter(one with kid buu's face) & defeat all enemies keeping all cities above 60% health. I did the same thing(with gogeta to make it more easier that is) & i got an s rank & got both goku ssj4 & majin vegeta.. hope i helped.
