Road Rage

A woman escaped with minor injuries today after a deranged man wearing tourist's clothes mounted the top of her convertible Stinger and began cutting into her windscreen with a large chainsaw, after she accidentally struck his vehicle in an automobile accident on the Starfish-Havana intersection, onlookers reported.

The man, whom Police are still searching for, proceeded to cut most of the exterior bodywork off the car before firing several rounds into the engine, igniting the vehicle, which resulted in a devastating explosion which passerbys narrowly escaped serious injury in. He then made his escape eastbound toward Starfish Island, pursued by a Police Officer who was later found a short distance away, murdered and left badly mutilated, allegedly by the same chainsaw.

Police are urging witnesses to make a statement at their nearest Police Station, however they recommend witnesses do not use the Washington Beach Police Station which is closed for renovations following a terrorist attack earlier this month resulting in the death of all Officers previously based there prior to the attack. The personnel have since been replaced by Liberty City trainees.

Vice City Killer Still At Large, President To Face Congress To Determine Action

Vice City-3:49 PM. A man wearing a suit was seen cutting up police cars at the Washington Beach Police Station.
"He was just working like a chop-shop." reported one witness, who wished to remain anonymous.
A police officer was found bludgeonded to death inside the Well-Stacked Pizzeria in Vice Point. The owner was also found bludgeoned to death, possibly with the same weapon.
At North Point Mall, the same man was seen destroying windows and robbing stores and lobbing tear-gas.
"It was like a riot. Mayhem." stated a Patrol Invest Group officer who was on location. Across town, at Fort Baxter Reserve Air Force Base, the same man was seen sniping soliders. New recruits from Liberty City are being rushed to battle this killer. They have been unsuccessful so far because they do not know how to climb stairs.

Grand Theft Auto Hits Vice

Thursday night, Vice City was targeted by a large chain of car jackings. It was later realized that these counts of grand theft auto were from the works of only one man. Witnesses say, a new face could be seen driving a golf cart down main street and swerving infront of vehicles. One victim had this to say "I was just listening to Flashback when I saw a golf cart swerve and stop infont of me. He pulled me out and just said 'I hope you've got insurance.'"
Many victims where injured by chainsaws and hammers. Some brutaly murdered by a PSG-1 Sniper rifle being shot directly in the face, through car windsheilds, detectives say.
Many don't know who this man is, but rumors have begin circulating that he was recently "bribed" from jail by a local lawyer. More coverage on this growing catastrophe soon.

Insane golfer blankets city with terror, police baffled.

Just hours ago Vice City Police Officials reported that a VCN News helicopter has been "heli" jacked. It was reported that the pilot was landing near a local bakery to pick up some donuts when a man wearing what's been described as golfing attire came from the bushes and cut the pilots head clean off with some sort of sword weaponry. There were several witnesses that stated the man then climbed into the News Helicopter and lifted off leaving the cameraman dangling from a cord. The suspect then flew over the water and from what witnesses have stated dipped the man into the water and waited as the local sharks tore the man apart. One witness, Richard Smoker, stated that he could hear the man screaming as the helicopter would bring him up out of the water. Mr. Smoker also told us that this lasted anywhere from ten to twenty minutes. It was then reported that the VCN News copter headed north into the downtown area. Where apparently the suspect landed on a nearby roof of the Vice City Fire Department, and proceeded to use a high powered machine gun to blast holes into the engines tanks draining them of there water supply, it was reported along with this that some of the engines ignited and later exploded. Due to all the tankers being destroyed the entire block was engulfed in flames within minutes of the first explosion. As Vice City Police were attempting to deal with that situation another suspect, possibly the same even, began to turn his gunfire onto the police and other emergency personal from another nearby rooftop. We have estimated approximately 70 emergency officials were MIA at the time of this article. As the downtown area began to burn out of control due to lack of Firefighters the VCN News helicopter was seen by several witnesses flying southwest away from the area. Moments later the alarm was raised at Fort Baxter Military Complex, where a new specialized combat tank was being kept over night. We have not heard any official word from the military, but witness reported a dark green tank busting through the gates soon after the alarms were sounded. We are continuing to receive reports of a tank rolling through local neighborhoods taking out whole groups of hoods hanging out on the corners. The mayor has requested that if you do see the tanks, please to not fire your weapons at it, as that will only encourage the crazy golfer to come after you. The tank was then seen heading east towards Washington Beach, and was later found abandon outside the infamous "Pole Position" Night Club. When the owner of Pole Position, Mr. Tommy Vercitti, was asked if anyone with golf attire had come into his club, he told officials that he had not noticed anyone with tacky golf attire on. Officials searched the club but came up empty handed. Mr. Vercitti was later seen leaving the club with his golf clubs in hand; he said he was going to the driving range. At this time the police are clueless as to what happened early this morning in Vice City.
