beat serpent at gaia rock

It is very hard but the best way to do it is to have half your team attacking and half your team healing. Build up djinn and use summons.

You mean IS impossible. With no no lights on him he gains like 3000 HP a turn. With 2 lights 270 and with all lights only 30 HP is regained. YEAH

actually i beat it without the light thing. might have been a glitch but it happened. I summoned level 4 summons on the first turn and then charged them all back up and did it again, this time it killed it in one hit. can someone say miracle?

here's the facts.
light count, hp restored, advisory

0 lights: 2430HP, Your nuts
1 lights: 810hp, Very difficult on easymode, impossible on regular
2 lights: 270hp, on easymode your fine, but your in trouble in normal
3 lights: 90hp, your chances are decent reguardless
4 lights: 30hp, best chances make the serpent gone

Elemental power is a percentage that gives bonuses to most psynergy and all summons and all djinn. I don't know about killing the serpent one hit but a second round of summoning with maxed elemental power would definitely stand a chance if you can live long enough to do it.

to get the lights first scale the outside of gaia rock use whirlwind on the vines the are hanging in the middle of nowhere, at the top you'll acquire a doll/idol(it's invisible). then go back down and enter the cave. set the idol down on the plat form and it will open the passage way to the first 2 lights. You should be able to figure the rest out from there.

But there is no point in it, it will still show the scene as though you lost. Also, the only way to do that would be to use a cheating device, or spending days leveling up your characters in Sol Sanctum. Not worth it in my opinion.
