	Log in to remove this sponsored message I just got my copy of GS2 and I'm wondering if there's something wrong with it. Sometimes, I try to save and it fails. I have to try a few times and sometimes got to another room before it finally works. I got it from gbastore.com and I was surprised that the instructions manual only had about 10 pages simce the manual for GS1 was the thickest one I've had. Has anybody had that problem? How think is your manual? Thanks.

	Hmmm, I haven't had any problems like the game not saving properly, but I can help you with the manual. The manual is thicker than 10 pages, it's about 30 I believe, like most other GBA manuals. 	I don't get it. I hope it's not an illegal copy. I also got Sword of Mana from them. It seems to work fine, but the manual is also very thin.

	They look official enough... Nothing seems to have been torn out and the staple that holds it together doesn't look as though it once held more pages. It's like they wanted to make a short version of them. They don't even have a table of contents.

	It won't save correctly if you switch off the power or the batteries run out before it's finished. It will say something along the lines of "Data Corrupted" and will start you from the last sanctum you visited. (I've experienced that...no fun at all. Stupid cheap batteries...) 	The cartridge plastic looks a bit darker than on my other games but other than that, it just looks like a brand new game pak. Aside from my saving problem, it also froze once during a battle. Did you visit gbastore.com? It's a pretty big business. I'd be surprised to learn that they sell pirate copies. I also got Astro Boy (Jpn version) from them a few months back and it's always worked perfectly. edit: Oh, a new reply came in while I was writing... It's brand new and no, the power didn't go off. When I tell it that "it's ok to save over this file", it starts to save, then stops and says: Failed to save. It's not so bad since I can keep playing and try to save again until it works, but it gets annoying. Oh... and sometimes, when I turn it on I get the screen where you have to input a name for Felix without being given the choice to continue my ongoing game. I reset the GBA and then I can continue my game. This message was edited by SuperFrog on Jul 08 2004.

	Wow...that is really weird. Seeing as Gbastore.com is a pretty big buisness, i doubt its a illegal copy, but maybe it just got messed up a bit during the shipping? 	I compared my GS2 cartridge to a few of my other GBA games and they're all the same color. Add that to the fact that there's obviously something wrong with your manual, and your game isn't functioning correctly, I'd say you have either an illegal copy (obviously not a very good one) and you don't know it or it was used and someone messed it up. Sounds like you got cheated buddy. You should email the site or something and let them know what's going on, maybe it was a mistake. 	I have this game also - i know what's wrong. This works fine for me. However, when i bought GS1 the manual was 10 pages thick and after a while it stopped saving. I then found out mine was an illegal copy and yours may be too, although you got it from a big store so it seems unlikely. However, anything can happen. Also my cartridge was a funny colour/color too. I think this is what's wrong and there seems to be nothing you can do about it. "Sigh"

	if you got it brand new, than it's most defiantely a couter fit. theres a few "pirate" company's who take games and than remake them for their own profit. My guess is they screwed up while making yours ------------------- gamertag: My name is Pie

	My game is doing the same thing. I can't save it. I bought mine at Wal*Mart. My game was working for like a month, but then it just quit. I don't know what's wrong. I can't tell if there's a number because I can't find it right now. I put it somewhere because I was going to game x change to exchange it, but when I looked there it wasn't there. So I'll have to find it.
