Basically in the Paved Courtyard, face the direction that Colin was facing (towards that bush thing that you have to incendio). Now do you see the wall on the left hand side? Well simply use the levitating spell to send a bench right up next to the wall. Now get on, adn you'll see the "your next to something that is climbable" message, so just climb onto the wall and follow through to get the camera. The only hard thing to do is know where to climb from, and once you know that you climb from the wall, you should be able to get the Camera
