It's harder to get, yes, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's stronger. Technically, GeoGreymon is stronger than Greymon, but that shouldn't influence it.

To me I would say Greymon since it jogresses into omnimon.
But he does look alot plain...
But it's your choice.

I would say Geogreymon since it digivolves to RIse Greymon which digivolves to Shine Greymon which dna digivolves into Shine Greymon Burst Mode. But choose which one you like the most because you can always use Farm Island to change stats!

Greymon is obviously MUCH easier to Digivolve to a higher level, but GeoGreymon's later forms seems to have better techniqes. Just look at it this way. Do you want a Digimon that you can quickly raise and then add to you're party? Or something that you have to Degenerate in order to get all of the Species exp that he needs?(I always make sure that none of the Exp. is wasted.) I personally raised both of them, GeoGrey for Party, Grey for Digimon Gallery(and trade).
