Receive All Gifts wont work

Hey everyone, its been a while.

I have done the GT Acadamy events and got the cars but am having a problem with the Receive all gifts, Its just does the loading animation and then nothing.

I'm told on the net that if someone can send me something like a paint chip or something it could rectify it.

So if anyone here is still on my PSN friends list can they please send me something like a paint chip so I can get my damn car! lols! Thank You.
