Really? Because I was supporting Milan big time that game. Although I didn't really mind Liverpool winning as it was one hell of a game. I keep meaning to start following football again. I don't think I've even watched a game since Euro 2012

Wow, that's exactly how I am atm. I wouldn't say I feel depressed but my life is ridiculous. I'm in an empty house most of the time, my sleeping pattern is so weird I rarely see any sunlight and I'm an awkward creep. I'd be happy if I had just one person who I could talk to but everyone I know thinks I'm happy. I tried talking about being depressed to someone once, but they seemed to think I was joking, saying I'm probably the least depressed person they know. It's such a *bleep*ing cliche it's not even funny.

If you have nothing to do then you should find something to take your mind off things, it helps, as long as you don't forget to remember to forget. You should start watching Breaking Bad, I'm currently addicted to it.

I think I understand that. I always feel like I have to be doing something that detaches me from reality because I hate being left alone with my thoughts. I don't have anything to aim for. All people go on about is getting a good job so you can make lots of money. If I won the lotto what the *bleep* would that change? I'd just be depressed in a nicer house where I could distract myself with a bigger TV and more fancy guitars. And people don't bring you happiness, in the long run they just bring you more misery. I don't have a career to aim for, none of them interest me, why would I work for someone doing something I don't like? I don't desire wealth so it's for survival I guess. Because that's all life is, *bleep*ing survival. But it's okay, I'm happy enough living detached from reality, I'm happy watching TV, playing games, writing music and making shit jokes on neoseeker.

Haven't you been put on that Work Programme yet? Basically that's what the job centre have done with me, washed their hands of me completely. Basically my signing on consists of going in, confirming my name, sign the paper, collect £112 and walk out. And every Wednesday I've got to go to this building and pretty much do the exact same job searching shit that I do every day at home. Hell I'm even more qualified than the people who work in that place. What's the point of an education if it means shit to employers.

I hate this country, I could do a better job in charge of it.

Thing is we're forced to go along with it just because the benefits get sanctioned.

We're just seen as exploitable. I mean, I voted Tory at the last election, largely because they're views matched mine more than the other parties but I've now come to realise that on the surface how they want to be perceived is alot different than how they are at the core: elitist, university-educated, no-experienced twats, who claim to play god with the country only so they can further their own ends and lecture everyone on everything. I.E. Tories = Labour = Lib Dems.

My CV is good. The only issue is that it lacks experience to fill in gaps. In the space of two years, the only things I've had the opportunity to do was an IT Support apprenticeship (can't find work because I lack experience, a catch-22), three month as a warehouse oppy at Amazon, agency work so seen as expendible, and an unpaid work at the College which I actually enjoyed doing. The only other thing is perhaps moving stuff around a bit, but there is only so much you can put on a CV/Cover letter.

The annoying thing though is that I'm painted with the same brush as half the twats in my town on JSA because we're all seen as unemployed layabouts. I like a few others actually want a job, but can't because of the economy, lack of opportunties, lack of experience, not some of the other few thousand idiots around my town who's only goal in life is to claim as many benefits as possible, like my brother's girlfriend's mother and her boyfriend who claim disability benefits despite being perfectly able-bodied.

The only other option is university, of which I don't really want to go to because of increased costs at the risk of not getting any work at all after it. The course I'd choose there I could learn all by myself with the help of various tutorials, self learning and dedication to put in the hours. The only difference being one gets me a piece of paper to say I can now do a job instead of actually getting that job.

In other news, I'm after a game on Ebay, one that is hard to get in the EU since it hasn't had a European release. After missing out on the other item I was following (it went for £102 which I wouldn't pay for it), this one was found yesterday. I got first bid but since then it's price has shot up to £51 (not including the £2.40) P%P. It's still got two bloody days left, which means I'd expect it to go for alot more. With that ado, I may aswell by the damn thing off one of the Amazon.co.uk sellers for £58.98 (incl. P&P).

Stupid idiots don't even quite know how an auction works. They seem happy to bid whatever money is needed not knowing that highest bid wins does not mean bid £20 more than the other guy with 2 days left for him to outbid.

EDIT: Now I'm sure there is something wierd on because every single bid I make gets outbid notice instantly. £59 now. My guess is it's one of those stupid auto bidders or something

For your eBay problem harbin, there's an app which automatically updates your bid for you if someone bids higher. You just put in your max bid and it does the work. Can get it on android (got it for my nexus 7) called iSniper Auction Bidder.
