Just snowed for the first time today, and it really brought back memories of GT5 last year sitting in the basement during a snow day and racing. Back when Seasonals required some skill, there wasn't a shitty 1 mil trading limit, and X2010s were seen as a sign of royalty. It got better imo, then went downhill, as all games do tbh, around March.

Noooooooooo. I think my laptop is broke. I absolutely can't stand posting on my iPod so I probably won't be around as much for a while.

And I agree with Tonystew. It's funny because I was thinking of how awesome GT was last winter as well. PD have really *bleep*ed GT up IMO. Most games lost popularity not because they got worse but because people get bored of them, GT just got worse I reckon. Seasonals used to be brilliant, now they're pathecticly easy. Having an X2010 used to be a symbol of superiority, now PD practically dish them out, along with money and XP. IMO they pretty much adapted the game for newbies rather than they long time, car loving, loyal fans.

I totally agree man. The idiots do always win.

Anyone remember the GT Challenge series? The races with the Fiat, Lotus, and Impreza? They were hard as hell, took skill and knowledge to complete, and paid big if you could gold them. There need to be more of those challenges every week or so.
