the car that comes to mind when you here exoitc car

OK this is a 3 part post all in one.

1st when you think or her the 2 words exotic car what is the image that constantly pops in your head ?

to me and many many of us older games 30 and up we think of the infamous lamborghini countach the car looked and sounded so alien i mean it looked as if it had been dropped from a UFO.

i mean the car it's self looked like a street legal UFO from the shape and aerodynamic look to the huge air scoops on the sides.

then add in the freaking strange doors and the wild sound of the thing then the speed and the hitch horn that had the cross of a beep beep and waa waa sound.

NOW add in the fact it was so awesome in the 2 cannonball run movies YEA 2 movies.

if you want to c a COOL 80s chase as an opening seen go to you tube xl and type in.

cannonball run 1 or 2 and watch the opening scene WOW if they do not get you excited about driving a lamborghini countach on a game noting will.

in the 1st cannonball run 1 it was a black countach driven by 2 women one i can not remember the name of and the other was farra fosset YEA the famous 70s actress Farra fosset.

the seen is awesome IF your into chase scenes you c the car followed by a plane catching the action.

then it drops to road side camera that are awesome from watching the car at a long distance away then as it zooms by with a sound only a countach can make the seen is sweet indeed .

in part 2 the car is white and driven by a blond actress i can not recall the name of the other ooo baby was the brunet catherine Bach better know as daisy duke on the hit TV show the dukes of hazard.

her in command of a lamborghini countach omg that was a boys dream to go riding with her and in that car.

as i said above the car starts out white and she and her co-driver play and have fun with the cops they play a cat and mouse OR hid and seep with the cops.

then in one seen they stop at a road sign saying

speed limit 55 THEY stop catherine Bach humps out and sticks a 155 over the 55 number and then zoom off.

then they loose the cops and hide by trucks and a water machine you c at quarries.

they wash the car and wash off the white to reveal a RED car under the white water color paint or chalk and they run off again.

they catch up to the same cop they had lost when the car was white and he is like WTF man then they floor it and hide behind a rock and watch as the cop flies by with lights and siren on they look at like he he he got ya .

this is and was and will forever be my dream car .

now go on and name the car or cars you think of when the 2 words exoitc car popsin your mind or is said and what movies or tv shows it has been in to make it even more a dream car

The first thing that comes to my mind when someone says, exotic cars is and will most likely always be a yellow/orange Lamborghini Murcielago, it used to be my favourite Car until the Aston Martin DB9 Coupe.

When people say exotic cars / hypercars / supercars nowadays, I think of the Bugatti Veyron and the 458 Italia - the Veyron for it's speed and the 458 because in real life, it is driving perfection. Not to mention it's one of the most gorgeous cars ever made, IMO (I'm not a fan of classic cars TBH...)

DB9/DBS, Gallardo's, SLR's and F430's are what pop into my nut when I think of the term Exotic Cars.

Thank God this is a bump, I thought the guy had come back. But to stay on topic, I think of an Alfa Romeo, because that was the first exotic tier car you unlocked in NFS: Carbon.

Exotic car?? I'd say the Pagani Zonda F in bright orange. Or a Zonda roadster. Beautiful cars.

The 458 Italia comes to mind first.

Second would be the Lamborghini Reventon.

any car with OTT styling and lots of bhp.

I'm more of a Standard classic, with lots of hidden bhp kinda person though, there gorgeous cars but not for me.
