Looking for a difference here

okay so I was with Kirago and I learned he started hacking. He said he only used the hacks to help low ranks. I didn't think that was right so he asked me what the difference was if a high rank killed a monster for a low rank. We left the conversation there, I found wildfire and he told me he was helping low ranks and I said I'd join so we go out and do jho with some hr30ish and an hr40ish.
I was using my medic set so I was constantly watching their healths and they didn't get hit once. Turns out they were just running around watching us fight. The only reason I didn't abandon then and there was because wild was there.
So now my question is:
What is the difference between helping low ranks with hacking and just pure skill. Both ways the low rank gets no experience.

Im with wild, i remember the same day you guys found out, earlier I found out...after jhen junped over the ship it said entering final showdown. So we went for an ala (kirago and i) and he did the machine gun clusts...i BARELY touched ala. In conclusion, hacking for low ranks are very different than an OP highrank (such as us) helping them. This is beause, a hacker say using 1HK, in the end lowranks are just boosting, therefore unable to get experience for highrank. As for a highrank helping, sure the monster gets killed way faster, lowranks STILL help, and yeah, they die. I can understand why the guys with wild and RoK didnt help- its a jho...They're scared to die, and im pretty sure they dont know RoK could've healed them due to lack of armor skill knowledge xD

So yeah, i think highrank people can help LR's better than hackers, DEPENDING on the hack they're using, in this case we were talking about Kirago, who i KNOW has 1HK, no death (for monster ) and machine gun clust. So if i were a LR, tbh, i think id leave the city. You CAN use it, but do what Khold does, i dont see shiiiit!

One thing I notice, when I happen across a hacker, is that I can't do squat compared to him. It's not even worth it trying to go up and hit the monster - it's not like it would make a difference either way. Besides, if he's clusting, I get blasted away as soon as I get close. Point is, the hacker will do all the damage even if you try to help. Therefore, I usually sit back and relax until the monster gets para'd or something.

On the other hand, back when I was a noob, when I found HRers willing to help me, I helped out as much as I possibly could. Usually this meant bringing a status weapon, as status will definitely make a difference if no one else has it. Hackers are a whole other species - no honest HRer, however skilled, can do more damage than I could, eventually, but a hacker is like a god, determining the fate of any battle within minutes.

On no planet can a high ranker ever compare to a hacker in terms of damage (except planet Japan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHlmG5gLBXY ), so I don't know where the comparison is.
