	Yes, they do. And that is because rarer items are introduced, so the previous rare items become far less important. With the Rathalos, for example, the chance of getting a Plate SKYROCKETS! 	but you'll be grinding to get less rare items like los carapace, ugh. You need so much just to make one piece of the armor and when you think it's finally over you need more for the weapons! eventually you start to become an expert on the particular monster you're fighting so much,and the fights seem to go faster
