	Log in to remove this sponsored message I am genuinely convinced that using items or during a fight actually diverts the monster's attention to the item user. I understand that in between every action the monster does, depending on how many people there are, there is a 25% chance of a monster targeting you (assuming there are 4 people), but I've noticed that the overwhelming majority of the time, when I use items during battle the monster always turns to attack me. Does the target % actually increase when someone uses items or is this phenomenon more of a Murphy's Law kind of thing?

	I'm fairly sure it just feels that way. I always feel overtargeted when using adrenaline, same kind of thing ^^ -------------------

	i was fighting ura once with 3 others and I got damaged. So I waited for the best time to heal (of course). I was behind ura while he was doing his chin smash thing and just as I drink the potion, he stops his chin smash half way through, turns around and rolls at me. Coincidence? I think not.

	I wouldn't say it applies to all items, but I do agree with MHOdin that it always seems to happen when using a horn. Understandably it will occur when blowing a Hunting Horn because that's what it's designed to do, but it feels like they all do it on top of their main effect. ------------------- MH3U < Wii U Community > Trine 2 GameGrep - Video Game News

Ala will be all the way across the room, then charge just at you. thats why u add the speed sharpening skill. lol i get targeted alot though but for certain reasons. i use the guild armor+ when im helping some new ppl which uses taunt so that means the monster will 80% target me the whole time. good to help lowranks with that armor cause it prevents deaths as long as ur teammates arent messing around. plus, its badass looking. xP lol
