	All of them. Seriously. The secret of MH is to master all the weapons you can. You can avoid bowguns, though. Less trouble for you. Just take which one is better for each monster and you'll be fine. ------------------- ...bad news has wings.

	I personally love switch axe the most but like bloodwolf said, being able to master them all can be a huge help. ------------------- League of Legends

	I completely agree with everyone that posted above me, but I would recommend starting with the GS. The Switch axe isn't available at the start of the game, and the lance isn't very handy for dealing with the small monsters at the beginning. The GS has wide attacks and will quickly dispatch any small pests near you. ------------------- Dhargon US Servers HR:73 Play Time: 200+

	just use the right element. cha cha can also be a great help. especialy against monsters with 2 element weaknesses
