	Log in to remove this sponsored message So I just got to High Rank earlier and now that I've done a few earlier High Ranked quests (Namely the Harvest Tours and GoldenFish stuff) I'm somewhat confused as to where to go regarding on armour. Should I mine for the stuff to make either Hunter+ or Alloy+ now or will Lagiacrus and Rathalos armours still be effective enough for the 4 star quests? And if they are, when should I make a new set? I assume around Barroth or Rathian? I'm also slightly confused as now I appear to have the option to further upgrade my Lagi and Rathalos armours (Both of which are entirely at level 6) and the upgrade would require new parts. Does this upgrade change them into the + variants or is it something else? And is it worth upgrading them if you can get ahold of the parts or is it better to just make the + armour? -------------------

	I have seen people online with rathalos armor (blue rarity) but it didn't have the "+" at the end of the name. The new upgrades might make the armors into the plus variation but I am not sure. To see if its true or not I have a non-high rank rathalos head piece I can upgrade and find out I just upgraded and found out the rarity goes up and you can choose the pigmentation but it does not provide the skills of the high rank armor. It keeps the skills it has previously. -------------------

	I don't know whats wrong but when i upgrade my rathian low rank it gets a earplug skill after it turn turn to higher rarity, which I think it should not have if its low rank armor.

	The High Rank version has Earplugs, so if that's the case upgrading rarity may well cause some change in skills. I can't test it atm unfortunately since I've not got access to High Rank Lagi, Los or Barioth yet. -------------------

	ive just upgraded old rathian armor into the plus version and it gives same defence a plus version but it has worse skills and fewer slots that the plus version so id say getting plus versions are better but will take alot longer to get the required materials together
