	I was able to take him down with Tough Break (Y), the one you have. Just aim for his legs and the base of his tail. try to hit the tail more since you do more damage there. When he rears up and puts his head really high he's about to do a super pound, you should back away during that. And if you manage to cut off the tail he'll stop spreading around the explosive rocks. ------------------- Help your countrymen, contribute!

	I went at him with the Spiral Lance +...its the highest attack lance (with element points added) plus uragaan is weak to water. The Lance is also pretty easy to attack with sense when you poke upwards under his tail, or at his stomach where he is weakest.
