ok lets see:
the akontkor lance spins when you charge with it
the flower hammer produces spines when charged
gobuls sns, spines come out of the shield when drawn

as for armours i normally make full sets for the skills at the moment i have full ludroth , rathian , rathalos, and gobul (gunner)
i think the rathalos looks the best since rathian just looks like normall armour and ludroth just looks like something from Antarctica, oh and gobul looks a bit like a chinese warlord

great jaggi "hat" with barioth gunner chestpiece...

still looking for other pieces of armor to finish the set

Uhm.. Both the Agnaktor Lance and the Joe Lance have a spinning top when charging
Quite a lot of SnS's have spikes pop out of the shield when you draw your weapon
Also there's at least one GS with spikes popping out of the blade, looks pretty sweet.

Idk if you wanted to know this too but both the Barioth SnSs and the Lance's shield look like Barioth's head =3

All Ala's weapons make weird noises when drawing/sharpening/fighting.

thanks for the extra info tnhalbertsma48...i know the GS you are referring to is the Ravanger Blade series, which is by far my favorite GS in terms of design. Any idea what some of the SnS are? I don't have a ton of information as to those since that is my least played blade type.

also, thinking back on older MH weapons, the knight lances have a very minor effect of extending when they are finally drawn, not to thrilling in my opinion but worth noting.

Any other unique armor sets built for design only? I'm currently trying to find a unique armor set that uses the uragaan pieces without making your hunter look super bloated.

yeah, wish the urgaan set could change color, but alas it is not to be.

I'm actually working with mixing barioth stuff as the white and yellow work decently, but maybe there is some hope for agnaktor yet.

Yeah. Alatreon SnS has glow-in-the-dark spikes popping out of the shield when you draw the weapon, and it looks like the soikes on the sword become brighter too.

The Gobul SnS (Azi Dahaka - Almighty Dahaka) has got the same kind of thing. Just not glow in the dark and the sword (I think) remains the same.

Idk if I mentioned this before but the shield of both the Barioth lance (tusk lance - sabertooth) and Barioth sns (icicle spike - nardebosche) look like Barioths head. Looks pretty sweet. Especially the lance.

EDIT: not entirely sure if the sns's shield looks like Barioths head. Will check tomorrow if I won't forget it

EDIT2: everyone knows this ofcourse, but it's pretty cool that Ala weapons are glow in the dark and you hear weird voices when drawing/sharpemng/fighting with them.
