	Do I have to KILL Ash Lao-Shan to get the Horn? Or is t just enough if i Repel him?

	You can get it in the rewards if you repel. To be honest I haven't actuall killed a Elder Dragon yet just repelled the weaklings, not sure how I can stop say the chameleos running off after 20 mins. ------------------- YARGHH!! Agreeable Pirates FTW!

	The damage carries over for the Elder Dragons that aren't Lao, just kill them the next quest.

	If it runs away, then the Damage you do Carries over. But the same DOES NOT apply to Lao-Shan Lung.

	Yes and yes. Break the horn, and you get it as long as the quest is completed, how it's done doesn't matter.
