Did you simply enter the Guild Hall using the "Online" option?

If so then I'm afraid you will only be able to use Ad-hoc mode, which means you can only play with somebody also using the Online Guild Hall who is within 30ft of you.

For Worldwide online play, you will need Xlink Kai and Wifi Max.

I cant seem to beat the khezu. I'm using the gospel iron katana, but i cant win. its not that he kills me, but i run out of time before i can kill him! ive used 4 shock traps (yes is is possible... 1 pre-made, 1 from the blue box, and combine materials needed for 2 more) i get to the point were he sniffs me out, thunder leaps at me, and sometimes falls over. good signs of hes almost dead, but he keeps flying away to another area!! does he regain health when he flies away? lg barrel bombs havent worked for me cause he uses the ranged lightening move and blows 'em up. ive tried beating him like 20x!! since ive tried so many times im low on cash, so a new weapon is out of the question (unless its cheap, and extremely effective) please help..

When he goes to area 3 (the cave) after being weakened, he is going to sleep and will regain some health then. He is easier to kill with a fire type bow like a kut-ku stave. Bowing is easier, just takes longer is all. You may even be able to use a bowgun with fire bullets. You probably don't have HGE at your stage, so if you want to kill him again with a bow, stay to his sides or behind him so he doesn't get you after he roars.
