I'll fight him with a bow a few times and give you a few pointers within the week.

I've added what you need for the weapons, their sharpness, their attack, their affinty, slots, etc.

Use armor with evade +2 (for his charge) since you can't block with bows. take as much power coating with you.
Attack when standing at his side. Another problem is his scream-eruption attack. just move near him. you won't get hit.
Taking Juices with you is a good idea. it will be a constantly run and charge fight.
