	Wiki Pages Cloud Log in to remove this sponsored message yeah i know he starts at level 1 but once you get the hang of him, he'll probably be the 1st character you would want. well, that's only my opinion... but then again, if you give him jp boost, then learn *climhazzard and finishing touch (!!), you'll be owning boss battles and random encounters with high level enemies. have you ever heard of the AI levelling trick? note: climhazzard is a wonderful skill to have, mind you. you don't even have to bother about materia blade's weakness, cause you'll be dealing 999 damage after like, ramza and balthier attacks. BTW, Climhazzard deals damage according to the hp lost by the target. : Dmg = Target's MaxHp - Target's CurrentHp. meaning that if you get your target's hp to half, he'll certainly die after being struck by climhazzard. on the other hand, the damage cap is 999, so lucavi are unfairly exempted to this case. And the best skill of all ( for me ) is non other than bFINISHING TOUCH. instant Faint ( more or less 40% of the time )or instant Petrify ( more or less 40% of the time ) or instant Stop ( the last 20% ) and it has AoE of 2 (!), means that you can cease 5 opponents at a time. ( assuming they are standing in clusters. ).. It has a 100% sure to hit your targets unless they are wearing equipments w/c makes them invulnerable to faint/stop/petrify of course.

	Swiftness does the trick. cuts down CT by half. so if your patient enough to gain 1000 jp for Time mage job for Cloud, then it'll be worth it. Also, Finishing Touch is as quick as 4-7 turns to cast in your first turn ( depends on the speed of other units though).

	Equip cloud with swiftness and it will cut down on his limit breaks' charge time. Also... When properly leveled and equiped, Cloud has the same potential as Cid. Origionally Cloud was only added to the game fo die-hard fans, but in the WotL his stats have been tweeked.

	For me, Cloud is actually pretty good when you start leveling him up. He's better if you give him the excaliber and make him a knight until he levels up.
