When i try to eat the Crystaized dude with one of the unique chars then he only learns a few of the random roster dudes skills. Can someone give me an idea how this thing really works. And some tips at learning stuff fast.

Learning skills through killing your teammates is really not the best way to learn skills. The skills available to you are random and only sometimes the ones you want. If you really want to learn skills quickly, equip the Squire skill "JP Boost" and just hang out in one random battle. Kill every enemy but one, then just hit your own teammates, heal your own teammates, and keep on trucking until you have enough JP points to get the skills you need.

You are welcome. It's also worth pointing out that you really don't need to spend time leveling up in this game. Frankly, a change of strategy is all you need to win some battles. This is of course, only for the main storyline. If you want to do subquests, you will need to level up and stuff.
