General Dispatch Mission Help thread.

Since I got all the help I needed I have decided to make this a general dispatch help thread.

Wanted: Assistant - Alchemist
Wanted: Caretaker - Viera White Mage
Wanted: Sidekick - Ranger
Wanted: Artillery - Flintlock, Canoneer
Wanted: Bar Maid - Any Female
Wanted: Wood Cutter - Viking or Chocobo Knight
Wanted: Wood Worker - Viking
Wanted Musician - Animist or Beast Master
Wanted: Combatant - White Monk or Berserker(Tinker?)
Wanted: Marksmen - Fuslier
Wanted: Shiny Maces - Green Mage, Sage, Alchemist
Wanted: Hatchery Worker - Chocobo Knight

I never can complete them, can someone tell me which jobs I need to use the complete these ones?

I think I have tried every job (aside Cannoneer and Chocobo Knight), and none worked. I thought that Tinker for Assistant, White Mage for Caretaker and Scholar for Sidekick would be OK, but they weren't. My only advice would be to master those jobs and then try again (if you haven't mastered yet).

Same here. And no matter the level of the people I dispatch, they fail miserably.

Guess some missions just don't accept dispatch.

For Caretaker, you need a VIERA White Mage.

For Assistant, I don't remember off the top of my head. Can someone give a description of the quest?

As for one of the Earnest missions, you DO have to dispatch. The number of days allowed just isn't enough at all, since you have to ride the airship which takes 1 day by itself. Just try to dispatch some guys and see if they jump up and down when you select them. I did it, all 3 guys jumped up and down. They came back successful. Also remember not to send any Gria or Viera, since the one that goes meet those women is supposed to be a male lol.

Yup, pretty sure that's Alchemist, like the previous poster said.

Not with "fire and explosion", I think, is a clue for Gigaflare: Sage's spell.

Alchemists only have Flare, i.e. only Fire. No Explosion.

Wanted: Barmaid Is best with Viera.

I guessed my Fencer for a Barmaid since They look like Playboy bunnies without the tails.
