I play any video games because I get bored and have nothing better to do. I watch movies as well. TV gets old and my family doesn't pay $9948637628 for the best digital cable package like Comcast wishes we would, we just get the cheapest digital cable package for the HD channels. I'm 17(be 18 in October), male, USA.

I play because I love the feeling of beating a new boss with a guild and bragging about it on the forums.
Its also great to discuss the game with others. WoW is the only hobby I have that other people can relate to. It feels great to talk about class specifics and tricks and having your information be carefully analysed and respected. My other hobbies are digital painting, web designing, and warcraft map-making, none of which I have anyone to talk openly about the hobby.

boredom, having nothing better to do, escaping from reality (where i keep getting rejected by the woman i love), and just acting like the south park episode with some friends...
