How can I make WoW run faster?

If you need to, uninstall some of your junk, and at least TRY to get Windows XP or something :S Also, no programs are supposed to be running when WoW is

Ok, I dont know about you but I've got a similar comp(your processors a little better) and my comp is a labtop so id like to play widescreen. What I've found is that it runs in low res (800x600) perfectly but lagged when i put it in widescreen. THEN I FOUNT A SWITCH CALLED "FULL SCREEN GLOW EFFECT" UNDER SADERS, I un checked it and my frame rate when from 10-15 to 25-60 on high res. Try that and if it doesn't work you'll have to play in low res oh well, still playable. Turn death effect off too since you cant even see anything when dead with it on(all white).

I even have vista premium and can run wow with best graphics on wide screen with these settings. 20-30 framerate with that magic switch off

32-bit operating system.
anything I can download or any changes i can make to my computer to make it run WoW faster?

Also everything on WoW is configured to the lowest possible setting to make it run as fast as possible, yet I'm still getting an average of 20 fps. Usually nothing else is running while I'm playing too.

Buy a better graphics card.
