	Log in to remove this sponsored message Hey guys, Recently I started leveling my 70 Shammy and I'm gonna go resto once I hit 80 cause the guild really needs more healers and practically i don't mind. Now, do you guys use any addons or mods to help you heal? CBA to drag raid icons on my screen and shortcut heal and move with my mouse. Thanks guys

	Healbot, Its A very useful healing addon. I use it when i heal on My paladin.

	I healed heroics and a few raids as a resto shammy and I used uhhh none, I just keybinded spells to keys and pressed on names. Why would you need an addon for that? But I don't think I was that good.

	Healbot and Xperl work well for me. Spend a lot of time configuring Healbot with a easily viewed skin and easy click combos and your good to go Put Riptide on a single click button its very handy for those fights where you have to move a lot. 	Healbot, Clique + Grid, or Vuhdo are generally the ones people use to heal. With these you won't have to deal with clicking on a frame and then selecting the spell, you can simply click on the frame and it'll cast the spell for you. It's also good to have a add-on that can track your buffs (specifically Water Shield and Riptide). I use Power Auras but there could be other alternatives. -------------------

	Power Auras does just the same if I remember correctly, just overall being a little tricky to configure. I've used healbot on my disc. priest before and it makes healing a joke for the most part. At least in heroics. I can imagine it makes life easier raid wise. I imagine it making shaman healing just as easy, though. -------------------

	Healing as a Shaman: Spam Chain Heal. Okay maybe not, but Chain Heal is the primary spell you should be using if you're raid healing. And I never found scrolling battle text as helpful as icons that pop up in my screen whenever they came up. -------------------

	I use Xperl without healing mode, Quartz (Cast bar addon), OmniCC (HoT timer and tracks CD's remaining on my spells), and IceHUD (easier way to display my mana) when I heal on my druid. It gets the job done, so I don't fool around with things like healbot. ------------------- One does not simply leave a signature after every message.

	I agree with a lot of the above: Miks scrolling battle text IceHUD Quartz (single best caster addon, imo) Grid is good for raid healing only, but generally any unit frames that aren't the generic kind make it easier to heal. I hate healing without AG or Xperl. Personally, I never really cared for healbot...it's too tricky to figure out how to use when you first get it and imo, it either makes healing too easy (in heroics) or makes it trickier (in raids).
