	Log in to remove this advertisement Anyone think Escort quests are a bit stupid... Person your escorting: "Make sure we do not run into any monsters because it will be my end".... Runs straight into a pack of mobs "HELP ME I'M UNDER ATTACK!!"4 Are you as harsh as me and just walk off leaving them to die cuz of there stupidity.... -------------------

	They've gotten better. The robot chickens in Tanaris and Hinterlands made me want to quit the game. They had like 500 health and they aggro'ed so much shit AND DIDN'T STOP MOVING! And if you got like 40 yards out of range, you failed. I remember doing the one in Tanaris where you go from one side of the zone to the other and I was 3/4 of the way done and I had like 5 mobs on me and I didn't realize the chicken kept on walking and I failed. They've changed them a lot since then. Thank god. >_< -------------------

	I hate these quests. A few of us made alts for the lulz on our main server, Blackhand. Dean and I were questing in Ghostlands and did that quest with the stupid cow in the Catacombs. Stupid bitch would stop every 5 feet and stand there for a bit. A few times she ran to where we were to fight shit, then ran back quite a bit and stood there for a few. Next time I do that quest, I am going to let the whore die.

	Robot Chicken quests have change a lot. Did all 3 on my mage last week and they were pretty easy. But yeah. I hate escort quests. -------------------

	At last in Outland and Northrend they can run. Just waiting for them to walk from one place to the other without aggroing everything is annoying enough.

	god damnit i hate these quests...i specifically hate the one in RFK with the goblin....he walks 2 feet per hour and he aggroes shit loads....it pisses me off....then i did the / so i could walk with him......i outran him and failed it.... always give greens at the end though so i usually do every escort possible

I don't care how easy the quests are; most of the NPCs who need rescuing are dumbasses who don't know how to run. there's only one escort that i actually liked, and that was the one in Howling Fjord, with the undead guy who ran faster than I did. -------------------

The reason this happens is when you aggro something the npc will run to where you are and help fight it (usually, sometimes escorts like to just ignore you) and when the mob dies the npc runs back to where it last was on its path. Best way to deal with most escort quests is to let the npc go first and kill anything it aggros. Then you just have to deal with the painfully slow walking speed of them. -------------------
