nene is the strongest?

I got a theory for you . Alright everyone knows nene is probally the fastest char in the game . Though the problem with her is she has shitty stats right ? But when you consider the whole 1000 medal thing and how its able to max out your stats making a lil wimp like nene hit like tadakastsu honda, then pretty much she becomes the most powerful char in the game right? I mean her speed plus honda like strength = incredable right?

If everybody in the game has the 1k kill mark, and you max them out, it comes down to the strength on the weapon, but then your weapons base power can be upgraded except on the 4th.

It might be possible on the 4th, just haven't seen it, then again I've only completed a couple dozen mission on chaos(about 16 missions in free)trying to power up my 4th.

I do believe you can power up your 4th, going off that I have a 3rd weapon that has a stronger base power than my 4th.
You can power your 4th up to a 50 base attack.

my nene is just a tiny bit crappier than my tadakatsu but musashi max stats is the best IMO.

i guess nene not the best character
all of her attack can be blocked
& she'll easily get hit by the enemy after the combos ended
(especially in chaos mode, you'll get huge damage even a single hit)
if it was oichi, so i think that'll be fine
because she has the unblockable charge attack (C6)
& having finesse which makes her jump after executes charge attack
so she'll not get stun after executing that charge attack

her R1 + square gives her the huge amount of musou gauge fills
when she's near a lot of the ally armies
(no need to worry about using musou recklessly)
