	the game plays just fine but the mouse seems to find live update and all the other things on the tool bar as a full page does not load i can still see the start button and the top and bottom of the page

	Yeah, uncheck the Assassin's Creed DX10 and Assassin's Creed DX9 boxes in Windows Firewall -- these aren't necessary and will impact performance.
