Ok, please don't laugh, i don't have alot of time to dedicate to playing xbox so i will probably never reach expert.
I'm stuck on Freya by The Sword on the hard career. I can do most of it no problem, but when i get to the bridges A-C i just can't seem to hit the orange-blue-green combo that repeats. I can't get any hammer-ons or pull-offs to work. Any tips? For example, on which notes should i be strumming?

Glad to hear you beat it! That's a tough song; I took a break from the game for a while but just got back to it and was working on Freya a couple of days ago. Just beat it on Expert (not 5 stars) and am stuck on Trooper, heh.

If you're not exactly sure how to use hammer-ons and pull-offs you might want to check out the 3-step tutorial in the practice section. The 3rd step tells how you how to spot and use those techniques.

But, here's a quick explanation. There will always be a note you have to strum to start one of those sections. That start note will look normal. If you pay attention you'll see that the centers of the following notes glowes more brightly than a normal note. Those are the notes that require no strumming; you simply tap the fret buttons at the right time. However, if you miss a note you may have to strum one note again to continue the sequence.

freya is a really difficult song.. for me,it's one of the hardest...

my advice is to do this when having trouble beating triplets and things like that...

save up as much star power as you can for that section... then when you get to the section that's giving you trouble, activate your star power and strum the sh*t out of the notes... sometimes it'll work, as long as you're hitting at least some of the notes... anyway, that's my advice... good luck!
