Zanpakuto 
Name: Seishimori (Holy Death Grove)
Shikai Command: Moetatsu (Sprout forth leaves)
Sealed form: Seishimori is sealed into the form of a switchblade which is concealed on the right wrist.
Shikai Appearance: Becomes a normal katana, except that the blade radiates a viridian green energy. Small thorns grow off the blade (these are for extra damage, BUT they can be cut off or burnt and then require some energy to regrow). The thorns release a poison that stops wounds from closing for a short while (about 2 mins). Has 4 abilities while in shikai state.
Shikai Ability 1: Hateshinai Mori no Higaisha (Victim of the Endless Forest) 
 -This ability sprouts a grove of trees (of any kind) in a circle around the target. These trees are so close together it is nearly impossible (for anbody) to enter or escape these trees. Uses a fair amount of energy.    
Shikai Ability 2: Ensei no Koutei (Emperor of the Gardens)
 -This ability grants full control over any kind of plant. However, this ability is quite difficult to master and requires either there to be plants in the immediate area or for there to be seeds of some sort.
Shikai Ability 3: Shizenkai Chakudan (Natural Impact)
 -Seishimori gathers energy from the surrounding environment and concentrates it into a volatile sphere. This sphere can then be shot as a missile. Alternatively, the energy can be fired in an arc (like Getsuga Tensho) or shot out in a beam (like a Cero). Can be concentrated or diluted in power. Power depends on the amount of energy absorbed which in turn depends on the environment.  
Shikai Ability 4: Shoushi no Kaori (Scents of Life & Death)
 -Seishimori turns some energy into a scent which spreads out. The radius is dependent on the amount of energy put into this skill. There are 2 types of scents: the first creates a vile stench which sickens (nausea, hallucinations and slightly blurred vision). The second scent is a sweet smell which relaxes, invigorates and heightens awareness and focus. These skills affect EVERYONE in the vicinity, not just enemies or allies specifically. At higher amounts of energy, the first scent can also overpower the user (which is me).

As far as my personality as a captain i am a cold, distant, determined, proud, captain kind of like Byakuya, Only tougher than him on my subordinates. I would require all of them to learn Bankai within a certain time period to remain in my squad to take the place of most skilled squad in the soul society. However, I would not be totally unapproachable like Byakuya.

Sorry to break it to you, but you do know that it is EXTREMELY hard to get bankai, and those who do have it are all either captains or vice captains(minus ikkaku, but he's third seat, which is close enough). That would mean that your division would consist of either nobody at all or just one or two people

And your zanpakuto is too overpowered, a shikai skill shouldn't be that strong...even aizens zanpakuto has let downs. And I know that you are a very critical person, so could you help with toning down my shikai powers a bit... I put it up like that so a rough idea of it could be seen

Zanpakutou name : Kyubi no Oujosama
Spirit, Nine Tailed Fox that take form of alluring woman..with white-yellow hair

Length about 99,9 centimeters...with silver blade

Shikai: Kitsune-Birin Action word: Illuminate the Darkness!!!

Apearance:Katana with 9 flames swirling on it's edge, decorated with 3 bells red-white stripped ribbon. The outfit of the users changed to Hakama and geta. Even so the speed of the users is greatly enhanced.it even matched ichigo's speed in bankai form..while there is no improvement in power and the katana itself become shorter....only half of it's orginal form

Abilities: Jourin no Souga!!! (Fangs of Violation)
The Swirling Flame Infuses inside the sword. And engulf it with burning red looks. Increase base power and burning effect that burn enemies wounds for a while. make them healing prowess to be disabled

Hotarubi(Fireflies)
The Flames scattered like thousand fireflies (it's like byakuya senbonzakura...but when it impacted with the target it will explode and have to reformed by the user again)

Kazekiri(Windcutter)
Because the enhanced speed, the users is enabled to slash with high speed and created a vacuum...It can used in defensive manner and also the offensive

Hanabi o Matsuri
The Nine Flame is Released for a while. And after a short time. It will Blasted all over the battlefield, emanates lights all over the place that caused instant blindness for a while, gives opening for surprise attacks

Bankai: Kyubi no Koibito, Dance!!! "Watashi o Kanai"

Apearance: The user growing nine tails, While still using Hakama and Geta, but now there is symbol of Kyubi on the Hakama, and there is wheel of flame below the geta

There is no katana now instead there is strange symbol on my palm. Anything that come in contact with that symbol will suffer from Jourin no Souga while the back of the users hand on foot is covered by thick fur of kyubi that lighter than any metals and protected by powerful absorbing reiatsu.

The Speed is Greatly Enhanced The speed Matched Ichigo in his hollow form. No change in Power

The Kyubi has unique power called "Third Eye" that can see through any Illusion...even Aizen's and it's also grant God-Speed Impulse that can evade most of enemy attacks

In this form there is curse called Kyubi curse. That once it strike the enemy it will absorb their life force gradually until the enemy passed away or the user of kyubi lift it

Abilities: Nine Tails of Kyubi
Enemies stabbed spiritually with nine tails and their energies is absorbed to replenish my power

Hi-Daruma (Enhanced form of Hotarubi)
It grew in size and numbers and also...each impact will burn the enemy with (Jourin no Souga)

Kairyuun no Honoo (Great Burning Flame)
It Get it name by it shaped when it blown out. It resembled a Burning Japaneese Dragon. The damaged itself is great and anyone caught by it explosion will suffer Jourin no Souga

Tendoukyuu (Palace of Heaven Road)
It created an atmosphere of Burning flame. When fighting inside it the owner of Kyubi no Oujosama power will be greatly increased while the enemies will suffered by Jourin no Souga

Tenkai no Gouka (Burning Flame of Heaven)
Engulf ownself inside Ball of Flame and after a while the Flame will blasted away and burn EVERYTHING it touched and placed the KYUBI curse on them

The Last two skills is the most dangerous of this zanpakutou and only used as the last resort in fighting or fighting devious criminals...such as Aizen

Hollow Form : Lich
User covered with Black-blue coat from top of his head towards it's feet, and the mask itself resembled as skulls...and from his hand radiated blue light that eventually, the cold flame that will burn all living things which come in contact with it, while using their own lifeforce as energy to keep on burning

Emanates an Aura that Reverse of all elements of life, The Weak become strong, the strong become weak. (Ex : In this area, those with greatest reiatsu will exchanged their reiatsu with those with smallest reiatsu)

Hei no copying my Zanpakutou 'kay? You can't use it though..

Zanpakuto's name: loup blanc ( white wolf in french)

Release spell: load! loup blanc! ( load! white wolf!)

shikai: is a gunblade, the blade is silvery white. the revovler (gun part) holds up to 6 rounds. has the ability to absorb the power of any attack it blocks, the power then becomes a bullet and is loaded into the gun. that bullet then can be used to give the gunblade a one shot chance at using the power, the power can either be used on the blade or shot outwards. if there are no bullets in the gun part then the retsu of the user is released which creates a small explosion around the blade causing close combat damage or can be shot outward like a bullet. in order to get to bankai there must be 6 different powers loaded in the gun. also if there are 6 different powers in the revolver part and another power is taken in then the orginal 6 powers are put in a slot on the blade, the blade can hold up to 6 of these slots allowing one, if they can manage to get that many powers, to use bankai 6 times in one battle.

Bankai: the gun part looks more sleek and no longer holds bullets. the blade part in thinner than before and shines more white. the blade also has 6 glowing slashes on one side. each slash on its side is one of the powers used to get to bankai. when one of the powers is used it allows the user to use that power for as long as they can or until they switch to another power, in which case they lose that power to use the next. once all six powers are used up the bankai ends, if the user wish it so they can end the bankai when ever they want but at the cost of losing the remain powers that are unused.

Moves:

gun shot - a condensed bullet of the users retsu that was stored up in the gunblade and used as a projectile.

trigger happy - fires 6 shots in 1 second at the target.

precision shot - fires 1 shot of a more condensed bullet at the target that deals 3 times more damage than a normal bullet and travels at twice the speed and distance.

shotgun blast - fires all 6 shots at once from the blade, at close combat this attack deals devastating damage because each bullet has 1.5 more retsu than a normal bullet, the farther away the target the less damage they receive or any at all.

critical slash - pulls the trigger at the moment of impact to cause the blade to explode with retsu causing more damage to the target. can also be used to defend against attacks by using the retsu forced into the blade to increase the toughness of the blade itself.


Spirit: is a white wolf.

this was an original zanpakuto that a made for a character back when i was living in new york. my friends and i would play table top games and we made a system for bleach cause we were bored. everyone had pretty cool powers so i thought " why not use it against them?" and this was born.

Zanpakuto's name: Zenkaiou

Release spell: Tear Zenkaiou

Discription: is is a large thick katana like sword
Bankai: Demon Zenkaiou

Discription: it is a sleek black kanata like tensa zongetsu but with a firey red dragon like ikkakus bankai on the blade
bankai armor: a black and red kusagari coat

Vizard's mask: Kouichi
Power: to steal the spirit energy of the enemy and use it to power of the sword

Moves: getsuga tenshou
Spirit: a demonic shadow with red glowing eyes

just wanted to try this out seemed cool and well tell me what you think about it.

Zanpakuto's name: Seirei (Decree)

Release: Kisoku to Nori (Rule and Law)

Shikai abilities: 1st Decree- Once declared no kidou can be used within a set radius of the Decree, until the decree is changed or dismissed.

2nd Decree- Once declared no Zanpaktuo can use their abilities within a set radius of the Decree, until the decree is changed or dismissed.

3rd Decree- Once declared no bankai can be called within a set radius of Decree, until the decree is changed or dismissed.

**Side note: the radius of decree ranges from 300 feet, and only one decree can be called at a time and the wielder must also abide by the decree declared, with the exception of the 2nd Decree.

Bankai: Erai Okami Seirei (Great Emperor’s Decree)

Bankai Abilities: Emperor’s 1st Decree: Tribute- this allows the wielder to take another person’s reatsu to heal himself by coming into physical contact with another person.
Ex: If I were to hit you or come into contact with your blade then I drain some reastu and heal.

Emperor’s 2nd Decree: Fortification- all damage done to the wielder is halved each time he receives the same attack.
Ex: Let’s say if I were hit by one petal from Byakuya Kuchiki’s “Senbonzakura Kageyoshi” then every time after that they do half the damage, and divides it even more with each hit.

Emperor’s Judgment- The wielder sets one rule to be obeyed by everyone in the radius and it can change each time the wielder declares the “Emperor’s Judgment” if the rule is broken by any person, then that person feels the force of everyone’s reastu fall down upon them crushing them into oblivion, the wielder must also obey the rule.
Ex: Say I were to declare that there is only to be contact with weapons, and no abilities are to be used, then anyone that uses abilities will be struck down by Emperor’s Judgment.

**Side note: the radius of decree ranges from 1000 feet, and all decrees are continuously active and can be called off at any time, this includes Emperor’s Judgment.

Spirit: Looks like a an Emperor in golden armor.

Name: Supernova Dragon
Unreleased appearance: N/A (cannot be sealed into it's unreleased form.)

Shikai appearance: A long, thick black and white blade like Zangetsu but without a curve. The guard takes the shape of a large grey dragon's head with yellow horns and fire in the eyes. The grip is a red cloth wrapped around the handle. The hilt has a long black chain ending in a gold coin with a flame inside, to be used for mid-range combat and doubles as it's sheath.
Shikai powers: Chaos Wave (a tenshou like attack but in red), spirit flame manipulation (See below).
Spirit Flame: I can control the Spirit Flame on the chain to do two things: either I can say 'Revive' and boost my spiritual pressure whilst healing me partially, or I can say the release 'Reveal your true power, Supernova Dragon' and show the real form of me zanpakuto. This takes the shape of the sword from its shikai shrouded in blue flames, the chain and coin gone and two pistols at my sides, the left fires fireballs, the right activates with my hollow mask (refer down).

Bankai: Deathly Supernova Dragon
Appearance: the dragons head fuses with my right hand and a series of bones lock into a blade surrounded by spiritual pressure. A dragons tail spirals up my right arm as well as my left hand and both feet becoming armoured in dragon scales. Two large skeletal wings and a long tail to match sprout from my back.
Bankai Powers: Advanced Chaos Wave (more powerful than Shikai), whip form (command: extend. turns the blade into a whip of condensed spiritual pressure.), Overdrive (pushes me to my limits).

Mask: Rertyan (my own inner hollow)
Appearance: the mask has a short horn on top and two curved horns at the side. The mask is otherwise similar to Ichigo's fist mask but with changes to the markings on it.
Abilities: Expert Chaos Wave (even more powerful form of the Chaos Wave, red with a black edge), right pistol in Shikai (fires a blast of dark Reiatsu), advanced speed and strength, slightly regenerative powers.

Spirit: a grey dragon with large powerful arms and legs, often seen with a blue fireball in his hand.

Name: Sumizome Kagami(Dark Mirror)

Sealed Form: A regular kitana with a black hollowed-out round cross guard and silver ribbon at the bottom.

Shi-kai Command: Kujiku, Sumizome Kagami(Break, Dark Mirror)

Shi-kai Description: Kujiku Sumizome's blade shatters into one-thousand tiny pieces of glass leaving what the opponent believes is a hilt. That is until they are struck by it the invisible blade.

Shi-kai Abilitys:
Reflect
-Sumizome Kagami can block blast attacks(cero, Quincy arrows, etc..) right back at the enemy increasing its power and adding darkness attribute to it.

Camouflage
-Sumizome Kagami can bend light around its user to make him seem invisible.

Black Glass
-Sumizome Kagami remolds with the glass then the glass is projected forward in a black wave.

Bankai Name: Oni Kagmi(Demon Mirror)

Bankai Command: Shinzenbi Seisatsu, Oni Kagmi(The True Reflection, Demon Mirror)

Bankai Description: The user raises Oni Kagmi in front of their face and turns it sideways then says the command. Suddenly the inner hollow of the user is split from their body and fights along side the user. Once the doppelganger(inner hollow) has sustained enough damage he/she doesn't die they just disintegrate back into the owner's body.

Bankai Abilitys:
Same from before with some new ones.

Tag Black Glass
-Same before but instead of one the user and inner hollow both use it simultaneously.

Fuse
-The user has the inner hollow transformed into a hollow mask increasing his/her strength, speed, and stamina.

Black Mirror
-In order to use this attack both must be present when the user and inner hollow cross blades it creates a very small but powerful vortex that sucks in all opponents within a 50ft radius.

Soul Absorb*
-The inner hollow eats the soul of the defeated opponent making both the user and its self stronger.*if you haven't guessed this ability is only for the inner hollow.

False suicide*
-The inner hollow stabs its self while the user uses camouflage to make him invisible then while the enemy is distracted the inner hollow sneaks behind the opponent and finishes them off.
*for inner hollow.

Black Glass Shield
-The shards of react automatically and guard the user and inner hollow.

Rengetsu Sponge
-An average vizard ability where they emit and re-absorb their energy making their attacks stronger.

Spirit: Kujiku Sumizome's spirit takes the shape of a mirror(duh) with a noh play Shiro-hannya mask inside the glass.
