EA released information regarding the CE of WAR.

There's a few select stores who have this available for preorder. As far as I know pre-orders are for North America / UK only.

everyone in europe get the CE, not just the UK. the edition is limited to 60,000 for the US and 55,000 for the EU, which in videogame terms, and especially PC exclusive MMOs, isnt a hell of alot. id be prepared to take a bet that there are a hell of alot of warhammer fans who would have loved to get the CE but wont be able to due to the limited numbers.

as for me, my order is in and now i just have to sit back and wait for the release to come. the package is only £60, which is a good deal for all that you get in it.

this game is going to be awesome. well as long as the monthly sub isnt any more than WoW.

oh and did i mention that the EU collectors edition also gets a gaming mousepad included in the package, whereas the US edition doesnt? WOOT!

The artwork on those boxes and books are extremely sexy They make me want to go to war, that's for damn sure.

i love the WAR logo. it brings together all the letters while also looking like a skull. awesome idea.

Have pre-ordered mine already, one from Play as it says its an official partner and all that, but also two more from GAME UK as they have it on pre-order for £39.99, and due to their pricing policy thats what I'll pay.

Basically I ordered those two from GAME first one for me and one for my wife, but my paranoia on the fact play is an offical partner got the better of me. So I ordered a back up copy to be safe.. hopefully. *fingers crossed*

Nice pack though, and love some of the extras, as a wargammer the figure is a huge bonus. Oh and the mouse pad won't hurt.

i saw the one from game but as it doesnt have any proper details about the CE and play is an official partner, and listed on the site, i thought id play it safe and get it from there. i dont want to order it from game and fidn out that they dont get enough of the packs or cant give me the beta or anything. however if love to know how we get our beta key from play. any ideas?

I'm down for the minature. It looks gorgeous. If you look closely there is a little Gobbo sitting on his shoulder. Super detail.

Oh and the boxes and other stuff looks really neat too

Got mine all reserved, now to wait until fall... ...damn, still May! Hopefully a beta key will help speed the waiting process.

Also, if you haven't yet and want a better chance for a beta key, make sure to go and buy the Warhammer: Condemned by Fire comic as it has the 20% to get you a beta key (restrictions apply) bought 3 copies (one of each cover) and got 2 keys.

im only really interested in the Portable Camp item with the Collectors, the rest im not too interested in. that sounds pretty nice to have. i wonder if you buy one of those items and how expensive they will be.
