//THEGIST

On Sunday a theme is chosen. Members have a week to get their entries in before the deadline. Example: On July 22nd the theme would be announced. Now there is no limit to how many may enter. When its a week after, July 29th, three judge will get together and choose a winner. After the judges have posted their verdict then I will post the theme for the next round. The winning signature is placed atop of the forum and gains recognition for that week. Basically, we want members who always do Pokemon to try something else, and the same for members who do nothing but Wrestling.

//THERULES

ALL of your entries MUST be made entirely by you. No, that does not mean you can't get help/tips from others. It means you cannot take someone else's work and claim it as yours. Result in doing so can lead to severe consequences.

Your entry MUST fit the theme. Failure to do so will get you disqualified.

You may only enter one signature.

Try not to exceed the maximum size limits for your banner, but I'm not really going to care that much if it does.

Your Signature must not contain any pornographic images of any sort. Use your common sense, Neoseeker has some younger members and I'm sure there parents wouldn't want them seeing that.

Your entry must be posted before the deadline. NO late entries will be accepted.

You can replace/edit your entry as long as it`s before the deadline. After that your entry is final and cannot be replaced.

As far as entering old banners go, I rather have something new from everybody but if you enter an older entry then I won't disqualify you. Basically, it's not recommended but you won't be punished for doing so.

//THEJUDGING

As of now, there is no 'set' list of judges. Any 3 of previously participating or judging members may judge at the end of a round. The first three will be counted and then the next round will begin. If you decide to judge then you will not be able to enter the round you are judging, next round is completely fine. If you feel you want to judge then just go right ahead and judge after a rounds entries have been posted. (It'd be nice if you made it all fancy like snowfox dreamer's, but that's not necessary) As long as you have some basic knowledge then you should be fine.

This is the only design thread that gets active participation- can't let it die like the rest.

Well, I was going to create it today since I was just giving a bit more time for round suggestions (and I was a little busy with school). I was not not planning on keeping it up.

Regardless, the thread is created, it doesn't matter anymore. What worries me is the choice of theme. Pop-art seems a bit difficult to grasp on a signature and unless we're all going to enter Andy Warhol signatures, we're not going to get many entries. I'm changing the current theme to political, since that was what showed the most support, and if pop-art gets more support during the current round, we'll set the next theme to that.
