Does anyone recall an old, black and white version of Tetris where the pieces looked sort of like molecule chains?

There were circles strung together in the famous shape, but also you could 'drop' the pieces at slanted angles.

A college roommate had it on an old Packard Bell (I think, this was at least 15 years ago!), running Windows 3.1.

If anyone remembers this version and knows if it can be bought/downloaded anywhere please reply.
