I've been obsessed with this version of Tetris for sometime now, I even failed two classes at college because of it. I've got some high scores that I think are pretty impressive and I wanna know of other peoples high scores

Marathon: 8030 in 1:24:00
Sprint: 476 in 3:00
Ultra: 168 in 00:39

Your scores are impressive, but I've gotten over 500 in Sprint before.

As for the following:
"Ultra (28 seconds) and Sprint (868)"

I don't see how that is possible, unless someone has cracked another way to make more blocks outside of the one on either side all the way up. I have what I consider to be close to a perfect game in Ultra at like 40 and I just stopped trying after that because I didn't care to get it lower. At 500+ in Sprint, I just don't think it would be possible to get 868 unless there was some cheat involved or some unbelievable strategy, which I cannot believe exists.

Now, for starters, I'm not that guy, but I've seen the videos there. I learned, and I got better. I can get 700 on occasion in Sprint my best is 786 and I have a 0:29 in Ultra as well as 10 rounds of 30 seconds. My marathon scores seem to be better than yours as well but still I suck. I've cracked 9000 lines twice but that's because I get bored and greedy and I don't play the way you're supposed to when it gets that fast. But over 20000 is possible. Go to twingalaxies.com to see the current official world record holders in Marathon. But there is a better player with over 101000 lines. Took him 22 hours. He's a machine. Pretend that you're playing a game where someone is pushing up on all the pieces all the time. This guy has played a game like this and lasted over 3 hours. Now, Tetris 64 never gets that fast so you know that he can last forever.
I can get a score of 660+ in less than 20 attempts in Sprint and I get at least one round of less than 0:35 in Ultra per hour. Go ahead and try it out and send in your scores once you get a little better. If you guys are real fans you can do it. Watch the videos, learn from them.

I am sitting on 10500 at the moment for marathon. My last highest score was 7800, my aim is to break the 12,000 record that was set...

I must admit that I have to take breaks because my hands get way to sore and my brain starts to not function right if i play for too long

Ok, so I am a new player but I play marathon and go by my rank... my highest rank is 20 but my best friend hit 30.
BTW I hate the red pieces!

Ah the new tetris for N64. I have logged hours and hours and more hours on this game. I love it, my favorite game of all time. As for high scores ive got some good ones. Marathon - I don't even bother, you can go forever. I don't have time for that, I live my life 3 minutes at a time. Sprint-804. Thats my proudest score. Lastly is ultra, my best is 30 seconds. The highest I've seen in sprint was that video of 868 by Gilly. Amazing!! Keep Playing and posting.

I have 10 players all up to 30 rank. Does it go any higher than 30?

Go to youtube and watch the high score of 868...you can learn a lot.

Ive been playing this game for 4 years and im still learning new things.

Im not sure about 868, but 700 is definitely feasible.
